Breakfast– Gingersnap Granola Pancakes

Homemade Quiche -Roasted tomato, leek, and Swiss Quiche, served with fresh fruit.

Lunch -Veggie Burger with tomato basil cream cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a Roll Up, served with potato chips.

Sandwich of the Day -Tuna Melt on rye with Swiss, onions, and tomato, served with fries.

Soup of the Day -Beef Barley
